While Implementing the 5000 TCD Expansion Programme of Sugar Plant Management decided to introduce computerization in the working. In the year 1994 Factory consulted Vaikunth Mehata Institute Pune, Vasant Dada Sugar Institute Pune & Consultant & prepared a draft proposal. The proposal then through Govt. of Maharashtra State were submitted to National Co-operative Development Corporation New Delhi Sanctioned our scheme & granted 100% Loan of Rs.90 Lakhs.

The computerization is taken in two phases
1. Office Automation
2. Process Automation

With guidance & help of Vasantdada Sugar Institute, Pune. Computer hardware & software installation started from Sept 1996 & so for computerization of following department had been completed.

All different sections are interconnected by Optical Fiber Cabling which helped for linking in various department for transfer of data.

During the current crushing season all sectional offices of the agriculture department were provided with computer & token reading-writing machines.
