The Management of karkhana has established independent Education Society viz. Sahyadri Shikshan Sanstha, Yeshwavantnagar in year 1986to provide a secondary educational facility (i.e. from 5th Std. To 10th Std.) at karkhana site. The classes from 1st Std. To 4th Std. Were already started by Zilla Parishad, Satara. Since June 1674 i.e. from beginning of the 1st crushing Season of karkhana. The facility of Higher Secondary Education is already available at Karad which is very near i.e. 6 to 7 Kms. Away from karkhana Site.

Karkhana is giving financial aids to Sahyadri Shikshan Sanstha to run its high school Viz. Yeshvantraoji Chavan Vidyalaya. Yeshawantnagar., which is started from June 1986 at Karkhana Site. The qualified and sufficient staff has been appointed by the Sanstha. The Karkhana has constructed a well R.C.C. two storeyed building at Karkhana Site. And also installed a Latest Science Laboratory with all equipments. In the academic year 1991-92 a student from our high school stood 1st in Secondary Merit Scholarship Examination at Sate Level (Rural) and Second at the National Level. During this year (1992-93) 954 students are studing in different 18 divisions of high school. Taking into consideration the standard of High school, Zilla Parishad, Satara sanctioned 100% grant from this year.
